Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative!
Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, courteous, and efficient manner
- Sort, match, and input daily postage records and gain an understanding of the shipping system.
- Expertise in Excel for the purposes of monthly billing to clients and manipulating excel files with order information to be uploaded to OMS.
- Work in OMS to set up kits, inventory, and details regarding the job.
- Assist in setting up jobs in production & inspect the jobs as they are being processed.
- Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update when necessary.
General Qualifications
- Previous experience in billing, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive and upbeat attitude.
Pay
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
