Our client is seeking a Construction Phase Administrator!
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, and construction details to ensure compliance with contract and legal requirements.
- Review project submittals, schedules, test reports, and close-out documents.
- Conduct pre-construction and construction phase progress meetings and develop meeting minutes.
- Assist with requests for information (RFIs) and seek input from the design team for clarifications.
- Review all payment applications and coordinate approved applications for signature by the project architect.
- Review change order requests and present to project architect for approval.
Education & Skills
The applicant shall possess at least a two-year (2) degree in architecture or engineering. The candidate must have experience with construction and construction documents. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus but not required. Experience in compiling and editing specifications is also a plus but not required.
