Our client is seeking Welders/Fabricators!
The ideal Welder/Fabricators will have experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precise craftsmanship and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities

Perform FCAW welding on various metal components and structures

Fabricate and assemble parts based on specifications

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure strong structural quality

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents (preferred)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications

Proven experience with FCAW welding techniques

Ability to operate fabrication machinery and hand tools

Familiarity with basic blueprint reading (higher pay for experienced readers)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
