Our client is seeking a Panel Packer!
This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to grow into machine operation responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across departments.
Responsibilities

Pack finished products efficiently and accurately after training
-
Operate a hand saw located within a track system
-
Prepare work area for current and upcoming production orders
-
Assist machine operators with changeovers and troubleshooting
-
Learn to operate production machinery after successful packing training
-
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
-
Lift and carry materials weighing over 50 pounds
-
Handle fiberglass materials safely and effectively
-
Support other areas of the plant as needed based on workflow and staffing
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds consistently
-
Willingness to work with fiberglass and tacky materials
-
Comfortable operating hand tools and machinery
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
-
Flexibility to assist in various roles across the plant

Willingness to work overtime as needed
-
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus
