Our client is seeking Maintenance Technician!
This role is essential to ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent service. May need to travel to multiple locations.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
-
Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders
-
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
-
Assist with turnover of units, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, grounds, and facilities
-
Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks
-
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus

Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multifamily housing

Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
-
Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must pass background check and drug screening
