Our client is seeking a Lead Service Technician!
Experience Required:
- Experience as a commercial roofing Foreman or Lead
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and mobile apps
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR, metal roofing, and shingles
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks and system failures
- Perform detailed roof inspections and scope repairs
- Make confident decisions on permanent repair solutions
- Resolve jobsite issues with minimal supervision
- Install curbs and perform fit-out work
- Complete scheduled site visits and document findings using mobile applications.
- Documentation to include before, during, and after photos, work description, and material list.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25 feet
- Pass drug screening and have reliable transportation
- Bilingual a plus, not required
- MUST be willing to travel anywhere from between Kent Island and Princess Anne
