Our client is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist!
The Financial Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and client service excellence. This individual will manage a wide range of administrative, operational, and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and a superior client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, account types, and transaction processing.
- Proficiency in financial software platforms (e.g., CRM systems, portfolio management tools, trading platforms).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
