?? Administrative Assistant – Accounting Support (Temporary)

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Duration: May – October (approx.)
?? Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting department during an upcoming ERP implementation. This role will focus on organizing and managing invoice documentation, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping within our systems.
This is a temporary position running from May through approximately October, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
?? Key Responsibilities
- Monitor email inboxes and retrieve incoming invoices
- Save and organize invoices into designated folders
- Move processed/paid invoices into appropriate “paid” folders
- Pull and manage invoices from vendors such as FedEx and Home Depot
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist with additional tasks as needed during ERP implementation
?? Qualifications
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks required (navigation and basic use)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with email, file systems, and digital documents
- Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred
