Our client is seeking Account Lead!
- Client communication — Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order handling.

Order packing and unpacking — Prepare, pack, and unpack materials according to company standards to support daily workflow.

Excel data management — Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track orders, inventory, and client information with accuracy.

Documentation accuracy — Verify order details, record changes, and maintain organized digital and physical files.

Workflow coordination — Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client requests and smooth operational flow.

Quality and compliance — Follow company procedures, maintain clean work areas, and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards.

Light lifting — Safely lift and move materials up to 15 lbs as part of daily tasks.
