Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor!

 

Job Summary

Coordinate daily production activities by assigning work, managing schedules, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

 

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize production work to meet deadlines.
• Assign and monitor employee tasks and productivity.
• Train, coach, and cross-train team members.
• Maintain production records, KPI tracking, and work schedules.
• Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures are followed.
• Communicate staffing, material, and production needs to management.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency; warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and professional demeanor.

 

Working Conditions

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Moderate to loud warehouse environment.
• Exposure to paper dust and changing priorities.
• Overtime may be required.
