Facilities Maintenance Technician
An electronics manufacturing in Ann Arbor is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician.
What you’ll be doing as the Facilities Maintenance Technician
- Involved in the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities.
- Performs routine maintenance and repairs on machinery or building structures including plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Maintain outside structures such as sidewalks, windows, etc.
What we look for in a Facilities Maintenance Technician
- 2+ years of machine installing, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance required
- 1+ year of industrial plumbing, HVAC and electrical preferred
- High School diploma
