Property Maintenance Technician
A senior living community in Ann Arbor is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team!
Experience needed to succeed as a Property Maintenance Technician
- 2+ years of experience as a property maintenance technician
- Experience troubleshooting basic building maintenance issues
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the Property Maintenance Technician
- Complete 5–10 maintenance work orders daily for a 140-unit residential complex
- Perform a wide range of repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance servicing
- Handle seasonal tasks such as light snow removal and daily grounds cleanup
- Participate in on-call rotation every 2 weeks, supported by a tenant screening service
