High Voltage Battery Assembler
An electronics manufacturer in Ann Arbor is seeking a High Voltage Battery Assembler to join their team in Ann Arbor, MI.
Experience needed to succeed as High Voltage Battery Assembler
- Over 1 year of experience in battery, electrical, or laboratory testing
- More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating electrical equipment
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the High Voltage Battery Assembler
- Operate complex automated equipment such as HMI screens, trim presses, dial tables, robots, ultrasonic welders, and heat stake machines
- Perform daily testing on high-voltage battery assemblies using a PC-based test system
- Maintain equipment calibrations and ensure proper functioning of testing tools
- Track and report daily production counts and scrap to the supervisor
- Monitor and document test data, and report any documentation discrepancies to the supervisor or engineering team
