Production Lead
An advanced material company in Ann Arbor is seeking a Production Lead to join their team.
Experience needed to succeed as Production Lead
- Over 1 year of experience as a Production Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
- 3–5 years of hands-on production experience
- At least 1 year of forklift operation experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the Production Lead
- Assign and oversee daily duties to ensure production goals are met while supporting training for new associates
- Conduct daily safety checks and walks, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
- Support interview and ordering processes as needed by management
- Blend, weigh, dispense, and label finished materials while accurately recording inventory information
- Assist with general warehouse operations including loading/unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing or reworking products

- Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:30pm
- $20/hourly
