Travel Startup Technician (Direct Hire)
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Travel Startup Technician for their Ann Arbor location.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Travel Startup Technician
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical work
- Basic carpentry and plumbing experience required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as a Travel Startup Technician
- Travel to customer sites for initial start-up of vehicle wash systems, ensuring InterClean equipment and workmanship meet specifications and quality standards
- Travel required approximately 70%–90% of the time
- Provide customer training on proper operation of the wash system
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and recommend system improvements
- Connect electrical wiring, cables, and piping systems as specified
