Leasing Agent
A senior living community in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Leasing Agent to their team.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Die Setter
- 1 year leasing experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as a Die Setter
- Conduct property tours, provide details on rental terms and amenities, and assist applicants through the leasing process.
- Screen prospective tenants, prepare lease agreements, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly while maintaining professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software and support marketing and lease renewal efforts to maximize occupancy.
Additional information for the Die Setter
- $18- $20 hourly
- Monday-Thursday, 8am – 4:00pm
- Ann Arbor, MI
