Assembly Team Lead
Our client in Saline is looking for an Assembly Team Lead to join their team.
What you’ll be doing as a Assembly Team Lead
- Lead and move between teams of 5–12 associates, assigning daily duties, coaching performance, and filling in vacant roles as needed to maintain workflow.
- Monitor multiple cells to ensure daily goals are met, performing regular line audits to ensure production targets are achieved by the end of each week.
- Execute technical inspections (gauge checks, green tags) and complete critical documentation, including Start-Up, First Piece, and Last Piece checks.
- Conduct daily safety audits to ensure PPE compliance and alert the Production Supervisor immediately to initiate safety or quality Stand-Downs.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Assembly Team Lead
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an assembly Team Lead, leading 10+ employees
- High School Diploma or equivalent
