Forklift Operator Job Summary: A leading manufacturing company in Byron Center, MI is looking for an experienced and dependable Hilo Operator to join their team! This company specializes in foam fabrication, upholstery, and assembly, creating customized products for industries such as furniture, automotive, medical, and marine.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Inspects and pulls orders
- Audits and labels orders
- Loads product for delivery
- Unloads containers and records verification of parts
- Manages and Completes shipping paperwork
- Inventory Control
- Operated Forklift
- Heavy lifting about 50% of your day
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as required
- $18.00/HR-$20.00/HR
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year forklift experience
- Ability to us a computer with Baan inventory system
- Operating CNC Saw Machine and other production equipment
- Must have Knowledge of paper work routine planning / routing for efficient delivery
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Lift/move up to 100lbs
