Warehouse/Shipping Clerk Job Summary: A premier foam manufacturing company located in Byron Center, MI is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator for their thriving organization. This is an employee owned company with profit sharing. This is your chance to join a family of people that care about each other and the work they do.
Warehouse/Shipping Clerk Requirements:
- Inspects and pulls orders
- Audits and labels orders
- Loads product for delivery
- Unloads containers and records verification of parts
- Manages and Completes shipping paperwork
- Inventory Control
- Operated Forklift
- Final Quality Check
- Heavy lifting about 50% of your day
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as required
- $18.00/HR-$20.00/HR
Warehouse/Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year forklift experience
- Ability to us a computer with Baan inventory system
- Operating CNC Saw Machine and other production equipment
- Attention to detail
- Basic principals math
- Must have Knowledge of paper work routine planning / routing for efficient delivery
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Lift/move up to 100lbs
- Team player
