Casey Jankoska

Casey Jankoska

Director of Client Relations

Casey Jankoska joined Express Employment Professionals in 2008 as the Client Relationship Manager and currently serves as the Director of Client Relations. She has gained significant client relations experience through her tenure with the company and prior work in the banking and payroll industries. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Michigan University. Her passion to support human resources leaders led her to achieving her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and she has previously served as President of the Association for Human Resource Management (AHRM) Board of Directors and is involved in many other community organizations.

It is her goal to deeply understand the workplace and workforce needs and challenges of our client companies to successfully provide solutions that meet their staffing and human resource needs. Her drive to support our clients has led to her earning multiple awards, including being recognized by Express Employment International for outstanding performance with her team.

Personally, Casey enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and two kids, and you can usually find them cheering one of them on at a sporting event or two!

Client Relations Specialist

Abby joined The Express Employment Professionals Companies in 2019 and currently serves as a Client Relations Specialist, allowing her to leverage over 15 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and relationship management. Her background in Restaurant Management and Event Coordination has honed her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while cultivating strong, lasting client partnerships. Abby’s goal is to deliver exceptional service by partnering with businesses to understand their unique staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions that drive growth and operational efficiency.

In addition to her role in business development, Abby leads the Associate Relations Team, where she oversees initiatives to provide whole-life resources to Express associates, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and equipped for professional and personal success. Her leadership in both client relations and associate engagement has established her as a key player in driving workforce optimization and satisfaction.

Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and photography from Madonna University and has completed coursework from Kendall College of Art & Design. Her artistic pursuits also led her to be featured as a "must-see" by WZZM13 in the 2021 ArtPrize International Art Competition for her entry "A Work of Heart," featuring 19 stories overcoming adversity and struggle, which received won 97 individual fan-favorite awards. Sara's professional journey is a fascinating blend of experiences, initially rooted in the healthcare industry, which has since branched out into the realms of hospitality and manufacturing. Her expertise spans from Human Resources, OSHA Management, Recruiting, and everything in between. She has an associate degree in business administration and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management through Cornerstone University.

Tyler joined Express Employment Professionals in 2022 as a Talent Solutions Specialists focusing on light industrial recruitment. He currently acts as a Skilled Trades Recruiter. Tyler brings 12 years of experience in the non-profit and wellness sectors where he has helped employ hundreds of staff in his career. He previously worked as the Member Services/Operations Manager at MVP Athletic Clubs as well as worked in Youth Development at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids for 10 years.

Tyler's passion is to help those around him and to create a better community. His overall goal is to make sure each person has the resources to be successful in whatever they are doing. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf, beach volleyball and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Susan is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of diverse management experience across business and non-profit sectors. A graduate of Taylor University with a degree in Business Administration, she has excelled in various management roles within retail, restaurants, non-profits, and corporate environments. She has also managed her own small family business for 10 years.

No stranger to the Express Employment Professionals companies, Susan has enjoyed a professional relationship with us for over 20 years. She began her career through a job placement with our company and later served as a decision-maker for two clients who utilized our staffing services. Additionally, she participated in leadership training through Express, further enhancing her expertise. She has greatly valued her relationship with Express Employment Professionals through the years.

Known for her strategic mindset and people-focused approach, Susan is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. She is excited to join the Specialized Recruiting Group team, bringing her extensive experience to help companies find the talent they seek and assist professionals in finding their ideal career fit. Grant has been with the Express family since 2019, starting as a Recruiting Coordinator before growing into roles such as Light Industrial Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and his current role, Administrative Recruiter. He earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Davenport University. Grant was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI, where he currently resides with his wife, Sydney, and his daughter, Lucy.

Grant’s commitment to service and his passion for connecting the right people to the right roles have been the pillar of his career. He loves using his strengths in customer service, strategy, and making meaningful connections to deliver exceptional results to his clients and candidates. In Grant’s free time, he serves as an Associate Pastor at his local church part-time where he also plays the piano and leads worship. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Team Lead - Light Industrial

Isaac joined Express Employment Professionals in 2019 as a Talent Solutions Specialist and currently acts as the Team Lead for the LIght Industrial Team. He brings over 5 years of prior staffing experience to the team having previously worked as a Career Counselor at a trade school and alternative high school, as well as a Resident Director at Calvin University. Isaac considers helping people find meaningful employment his passion. His overall goal is to make sure each person he talks to has the right tools, coaching, and resources to be successful in whatever they are doing.

Isaac is a 2011 graduate of Calvin University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. In his free time, Isaac enjoys singing and playing piano, playing golf and hockey, and is part of an improv team here in Grand Rapids.

Tracy Golden-Sanchez has been a valued staff member of Express Employment Professionals since 1998. She has served in various capacities and is currently a Talent Solutions Specialist. Tracy has gained experience in staff management, sales, employee relations, and recruitment since joining Express. Previously, she spent fifteen years in retail management and purchasing for a large, national retail chain. Tracy has a passion and a heart to help people succeed. It gives her great satisfaction to know she has played a role in making a difference for both the company’s and the employee’s future. She motivates candidates as a job coach and draws upon her industry knowledge to help client companies find the right fit for their openings.

Tracy has served on the Employer Advisory Board and volunteers with the Women's Resource Center. She also volunteers at several nonprofit organizations conducting mock interviews and providing coaching and mentoring on job search techniques. Tracy is a recipient of the Champion of Hope Award from Express Employment Professionals. This prestigious recognition is awarded to those that embody the Express culture of community involvement and having a caring passion for people.

She is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native and possesses several years of customer service and healthcare administration experience. She has also previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Saquoia strives to genuinely connect with and assist those around her. She aims to not only ensure that those who work with her can reach their short-term goals but to also help them attain a long-term career that they relish. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and traveling.

Prior to Express, she worked in the food service and retail industries. She is a Davenport University alumna with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Cayley’s goal is to combine her passion to help others with her professional experience to help her candidates find fulfilling careers, contributing to their long-term success. Outside of work she loves to cook, hang out with friends, paint, be active, and travel.

Evelyn Ortiz-Fonseca joined the Express team in 2024, developing her recruiting skills as an intern and is dedicated to helping individuals find meaningful, long-term employment opportunities in her current role as a Recruiting Specialist. Her passion lies in connecting associates with positions that match with their skills, career aspirations, and personal growth. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Evelyn’s bilingual abilities allow her to effectively communicate with and support candidates from diverse backgrounds, creating an inclusive and welcoming hiring process. She is deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives through meaningful work connections. Her commitment to helping others succeed and fostering professional growth makes her an integral part of the team.

Melissa joined Express Employment Professionals in 2014 in the position of Front Office Coordinator / Guest Relations. She loves meeting new people and helping to create a five-star welcome for both our Clients and Associates. She is fueled by helping people feel seen and heard. Melissa has over 25 years of experience in customer service, and her career has included a travel route selling jewelry for her family’s business, acting as an office administrator for an HVAC company, and being a location manager for one of the area’s premier salons/spas. Melissa is also a member of our wellness committee where she brings a passion for celebrating life, health, and all areas of wellness.

Front Office Coordinator  

Anna joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2019 from Grand Valley State University. After graduating, Anna ran a group program that taught mental health lesson plans to kids and teens. She also has experience as a psychiatric assistant and as an office manager.

 Anna is excited to bring a social work and mental health perspective to the staffing industry. Her goal is to serve the community by removing barriers to employment and providing an excellent customer service experience to all we serve. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, travelling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Business Office Manager

Jeani Ransom joined Express in 2010 and is currently the Business Office Manager for the three Express Employment Professionals companies. Since working at Express, Jeani has experience working with our associates and clients as the Front Office Coordinator and Payroll Specialist with a goal to deliver exceptional service. Currently, her associate degree in accounting helps her assist the owner with the activities of running the business. She has an extensive background in customer service and finance, having worked in the banking industry for over 12 years. 

In her free time Jeani volunteers within her church. She enjoys sewing and spending time with her family and friends.

June joined our team in 2023 as a Payroll and Client Specialist for the three Express Employment Professionals Companies. She has over 16 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management. Prior to Express, she worked in the Fintech Industry. June is determined to provide the highest level of customer service by building relationships with associates and clients to ensure that their needs are met. In her free time, June enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and volunteering in youth ministry.

Nic Dampier joined the team in 2020 as Director of Marketing and currently serves as Creative Director for The Express Employment Professionals Companies, including Frontline Training Solutions, as well as the Grand Rapids, Michigan, locations of Express Employment Professionals and Specialized Recruiting Group. With a degree in Strategic Communication Management and over a decade of experience in creative leadership, Nic developed the C.R.I.C.K.E.T. framework for effective brand messaging and excels in storytelling and brand identity. A U.S. Navy veteran and former Creative Arts Pastor, he brings a rich background in cross-cultural communication and large-scale production. Nic is also an accomplished filmmaker, recognized at the 2021 ArtPrize International Art Competition for his impactful storytelling.

Veronica Minard joined the team in 2024 and currently acts as the Marketing Manager for the three Express Employment Professionals Companies. She brings over two decades of marketing and communications experience from corporate, nonprofit, and workforce development settings. She is passionate about telling impactful stories and is excited to belong to a team that is dedicated to putting people first. 

Veronica received her Bachelor of Arts in biology and theatre arts from Kalamazoo College and her Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Grand Valley State University. She is a West Michigan native who has called Grand Rapids home for over 20 years. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, seeing live music, and watching her daughter play volleyball.
