We are looking for Apartment Maintenance employees at a different property management companies in Grand Rapids, MI. Apartment Maintenance Responsibilities
- Set weekly schedule
- Potential rental perks
- Painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, fixture repair and replacement
- Repair, remodel, renovation
- Building turnovers to prepare for new residents
- Grounds work, snow shoveling, and general support to the team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17/HR
Apartment Maintenance Qualifications
- Ability to use power tools and basic tools
- Must have your own vehicle and own tools
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
- Previous apartment maintenance experience or construction experience is necessary
