Sales Coordinator Job Summary:
A leading company in the windows and doors industry is looking for a professional, flexible, and detail-oriented Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This role is a hybrid position—serving as the first point of contact at the front desk while also supporting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working with multiple managers, and has a strong understanding of the skilled trades or building materials industry.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and clients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones and handling inquiries
- Schedule appointments for both retail and trade customers
- Provide administrative support to multiple sales team members, including odds-and-ends tasks and project coordination
- Respond to customer questions and provide solutions with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Work within a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage appointments, records, and follow-ups
- Remain flexible and ready to take on new tasks or shift priorities as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- $23.00/HR
Sales Coordinator Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a sales team in the construction, windows, HVAC, or skilled trades industries is required
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Able to take direction from multiple managers and shift focus quickly
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
