CNC Angle Master Operator Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Angle Master Operator to set up, program, and run precision metal-cutting equipment, ensuring high-quality and accurate production of angle-shaped metal components. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical blueprints while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
CNC Angle Master Operator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Angle Master machines based on job specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting, punching, and marking requirements

Handle and position metal materials using forklifts or overhead cranes
-
Monitor production quality and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

Perform routine maintenance and tool changes to keep machinery in top working condition

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Identify and troubleshoot machine or material issues during production

Collaborate with team members including machinists, welders, and engineers to meet production goals
CNC Angle Master Operator Qualifications:

Prior experience operating CNC machinery, preferably Peddinghaus equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control

Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods
-
Proven safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards
