Job Full Description
Personalization Technician Job Summary: A locally recognized and growing company within the RFID Manufacturing Industry is looking for a few Technical Machine Operators to join their personalization team! These individuals will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of technical production equipment.
Personalization Technician Responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain RFID converting and printing machines
- Monitors machine to ensure efficient production per customer order
- Responsible for startup and shut down of assigned production machine
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate machine operating difficulties
- Complete required paperwork and checklists as required
Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd Shift 3:00PM - 1:30AM Monday to Thursday, with overtime as desired
- $20.30/HR+, BOE + $.40 premium on 2nd Shift
Personalization Technician Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Likes to troubleshoot, learn, understand how/why things work
- Very comfortable with computer software and technology
- Comfortable measuring to 16th of an inch
- High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, positive attitude, self-motivated, comfortable working independently
