Painter/Drywall Technician Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with drywall repair, finishing, and painting techniques
- Ability to prep, tape, texture, and paint surfaces to professional standards
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Friendly, positive, and team-first attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Previous painting/drywall experience required; additional maintenance skills a plus
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22-25/hr
Painter/Drywall Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to use power tools and basic tools
- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license and basic set of hand tools
- Willingness to work outdoors and indoors and in all kinds of weather conditions
- Previous apartment maintenance experience or construction experience is necessary
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
