Job Full Description
Janitor/Facility Maintenance Job Summary: A Fourth Generation owned and operated privately held company is looking for a Trimmer/Abrader to join their team and support their foam mold and fabrication process.
Janitor/Facility Maintenance Requirements:

Perform daily custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.

Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.

Complete maintenance projects as assigned, such as painting walls or equipment.

Tape lines on the floor for safety or organizational purposes.

Clean areas outside of regular daily coverage when needed.

Assist other maintenance team members with tasks or repairs.

Perform outside clean-up, including sweeping walkways, picking up debris, and maintaining exterior areas.
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday through Friday, with overtime as required
- $18.50/HR
Janitor/Facility Maintenance Qualifications:

Prior experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.

Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Basic painting and maintenance skills a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Good communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with team members.
