Job Full Description
Receiver Job Summary: A conveyor manufacturer in the Walker area is looking to add a 1st shift Receiver to their growing team.
Receiver Job Responsibilities:

Unloaded incoming shipments and verified contents against purchase orders and packing slips

Inspected materials for damage or discrepancies and reported issues to the supervisor

Entered received inventory into the warehouse management system accurately and promptly

Organized and stocked materials in designated warehouse locations

Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely throughout the facility
-
Communicated with purchasing, shipping, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
-
Maintained a clean, safe, and organized receiving area following company safety standards
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift; 5:30am-2:00pm or 6:30am-3:00pm; Monday-Friday
- $18.00-$21.00/HR DOE
Receiver Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or receiving experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Basic computer skills for inventory and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (typically 50 lbs or more)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
