Greenhouse Production Team Member
Medford, MN
Rotating Schedule - 4 days on / 4 days off
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to clean/fill/seed grow and harvest growing trays
- Record and document information related to germination, planting, harvesting, growth, and food safety
- Harvest and pack orders for delivery
- Complete daily operational tasks - including water, nutrition, and fertilizer checks
- Clean work areas and systems
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisor and team members
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in warm and cold environments
