Sr. Assembly Setup Operator
Waseca, MN
Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm
$18-$19 per hour
Job Responsibilities for Sr. Assembly Setup Operator:
- Set-up, adjust and operate all machines in assigned area. Operate high precision machines performing required operations.
- Instruct personnel in the proper setup procedures, including the use of correct tooling, methods for machine adjustments, measuring devices/techniques, process control methods, etc.
- Solve and/or participate in solution of issues related to process, documentation, machine, and quality, including recommendations for new equipment or processes.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance in an efficient and safe manner.

Qualifications of Sr. Assembly Setup Operator:

Basic Qualifications
· High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 3+ years of experience performing set-ups on similar production equipment.
· Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
