Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: SE Minnesota

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. As demand for our innovative products continues to grow, we’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support our Maintenance Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced, dedicated team. We’re willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks involving the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Assist with ductwork and pipe fitting projects.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain power tools, fans, valves, motors, and related equipment.
- Install, modify, maintain, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems, make-up air units (MUA), and low-pressure boiler systems.
- Report abnormal or unsafe conditions to the Team Leader promptly.
- Maintain the overall condition of grounds, facilities, and mechanical systems to ensure appearance, function, and safety—this includes basic plumbing and light electrical work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a demonstrated equivalent technical background.
- Technical school certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, climb, and reach overhead throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights over 20 feet.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic; willingness to work overtime when needed.
Compensation:
$24.00 – $33.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on individual skills, experience, and alignment with job responsibilities.
