Office Administration  – Long-Term Assignment (8 Months)

 

Job Summary
The Administrative Office position provides hands-on support to office staff and management by assisting with daily administrative and operational functions. This long-term assignment is ideal for a current college student pursuing a related degree who is eager to gain real-world office experience, develop professional skills, and learn how a fast-paced business operates.  Or anyone choosing to work in the Office Admin field and gain phenomenal experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to office staff and management
  • Complete assigned tasks to support daily business operations
  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Create invoices and assist with basic billing functions
  • Accurately apply payments to customer accounts
  • Assist with vehicle titling and related documentation
  • Prepare and organize check deposits
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Perform printing, scanning, and copying tasks as needed
  • Respond to basic vendor and customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a related degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy office environment
  • Availability to work through the summer of 2026
