Sales Consultant (Part-Time) 25 hours per week/On Average
Florist & Flower Delivery
Position Overview
Our client, a leader in long-lasting floral design, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, high-volume flower shop.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to help them celebrate life’s special moments, express emotions, and connect with others through beautiful, fresh flowers and plants. Schedule
• Part-time: 3–4 days per week, including Saturdays
• Additional hours available during holidays and peak seasons
• Typical shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service through in-store assistance and phone sales (approx. 75%)
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and occasion-based recommendations
• Maintain and care for plants and floral arrangements (15%)
• Perform light clerical duties, including mailings (5%)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor (5%)

Qualifications
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable and team-focused
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence
