Robotic Welder – Rochester, MN
Pay: $31.13 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform all-position welding as required
- Utilize hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools to complete production tasks
- Operate material handling equipment when necessary
- Perform daily and routine maintenance on equipment and workstations
- Replenish parts using Kanban systems and visual inventory triggers
- Maintain and support 5S workplace organization standards
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
- Monitor efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Learn and perform multiple welding processes across various product lines
Qualifications
- Previous welding and manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate robotic welding equipment
- Experience using hand and air tools
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn multiple welding processes and job functions
