Custodian / Janitor (Direct Hire)
Full-Time | Day Shift | $22.75–$24.75 per Hour

What You'll Do
As a Custodian, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional manufacturing environment. Daily responsibilities include:
- Dusting offices and common areas
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Sweeping and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and lunchrooms
- Cleaning industrial shop areas
- Operating commercial floor scrubbers
- Maintaining tile floors
- Stripping and waxing floors as needed
- Ensuring all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience
- Experience cleaning in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience operating commercial floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial equipment
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and safe cleaning practices
- Experience with tile floor maintenance and floor waxing
- Ability to perform the physical demands of custodial work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
