CNC Machinist – 1st Shift
📍 Winona, MN
🕒 Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
💲 Up to $28/hour

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts while working with a variety of modern equipment.

Operate CNC mills and lathes, making adjustments as needed

Load and edit programs, tooling, and offsets

Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances
-
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
-
Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards are met

Support continuous workflow by inspecting parts while machines are running
What We’re Looking For
-
1–2 years of CNC machining experience OR current CNC program student
-
Strong measuring and inspection skills
-
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
-
Experience with machine setup and operation preferred

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Team player with willingness to cross-train and help train others
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Lift up to 50 lbs intermittently

Work hands-on with machinery and tools in a shop environment
