Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Winona, MN
Pay: $19.81 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime: As Needed (up to 55 hours per week)
A local manufacturing company in Winona is seeking a Powder Coater to join their production team. This role supports an automated paint line and requires working at a consistent, fast pace throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active in a production environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Perform part counts, align paint color sequences, and set up the automated paint line

Conduct chemical testing and collect production data

Perform all functions related to the paint manufacturing operator role

Follow inventory control procedures
-
Prepare parts for powder coating or painting

Rack parts prior to coating and remove them after finishing
-
Inspect and finish coated parts before moving them to the assembly area

Assist with prep, hanging, and finishing tasks as well as other departmental needs
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Ability to read and understand English (training may be provided in Spanish if needed)

Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and stay alert

Detail-oriented and able to adapt to working in different departments

No prior experience required – willing to train
Physical Requirements

Lift 25–50 lbs occasionally

Stand for the entire shift (no sitting)

Frequent reaching, bending, and overhead reaching

Light walking, carrying, and bending
-
Medium pushing and pulling
-
Use of basic hand tools (pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers)
Work Environment

Warm to hot environment due to proximity to ovens

Fast-paced production line

Safety glasses required at all times (provided)
