Part Time Employment Specialist
Winona, MN
Tuesday–Thursday: 1:00pm–5:00pm
$19–$22/hour BOE
About the Role
We're looking for a people-first, curious, and adaptable Part Time Employment Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is a great entry point into the staffing industry. You'll learn our process, get to know our clients, and make a real impact connecting candidates with opportunities. As our office grows, so could this role. We're looking for someone who's comfortable being thrown in, asking lots of questions, and figuring things out as they go.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews following the Express Employment process
- Answer incoming calls, document interactions in Q4, and route messages to the appropriate teammate
- Submit qualified candidates to clients as you learn job orders and how to interpret marketing and job detail information
- Monitor and respond to Whippy, using it to send reminder texts and stay connected with candidates
- Review and manage online and Indeed applications
- Assist with candidate onboarding as needed
