Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to provide outstanding service and support.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track customer interactions and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and provide information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Complete inventory and parts sourcing for clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or warm calling is desirable.
