Job Overview
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Keep machinery, systems, and tools operating efficiently and safely
• Document all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in company systems
• Assist with equipment installations, system upgrades, and modifications
• Follow all safety regulations, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and operational guidelines
Candidate Profile
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the purpose/function of industrial equipment
• Skilled in both hand and electric tools, with ability to demonstrate correct use
• Able to tear down equipment, replace gaskets/seals, and rebuild from memory
• Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding of voltage, current, and AC vs. DC power
• Comfortable using computers for diagnostics, documentation, and maintenance tracking
• Pay starts at $20.00/hr and may be negotiable based on experience, with potential to earn up to $26.00/hr
