Job Responsibilities:
- Hunt for New Business: Develop new relationships with businesses in the St. Louis metro area through proactive phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify Opportunities: Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our staffing solutions to meet client needs.
- Close Deals: Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure new business.
