Job Summary
We are currently seeking Inventory Specialist candidates for full-time opportunities in Hazelwood, Missouri (63042). This role is ideal for experienced warehouse and inventory professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting efficient warehouse operations with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities including receiving, put-away, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
• Lead and oversee cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
• Manage all aspects of the receiving process from purchase order through final inventory entry
• Coordinate proactively with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and 3PL partners
• Investigate, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support cost-effective, efficient, and organized warehouse operations
Requirements
• 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory operations experience
• 1–2 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices
• Experience with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive work style
