Walkie Rider Order Selector – Freezer Warehouse – $17.60/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Walkie Rider Order Selector candidates for a freezer warehouse environment. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse associates who are comfortable working in cold storage, using voice-directed picking systems, and operating electric pallet jacks with urgency and accuracy. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime, incentives, and strong company culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Using a voice-prompted headset to receive picking instructions
• Locating bin numbers and selecting cases of frozen product
• Operating an electric double fork pallet jack (walkie rider with long forks)
• Picking product for delivery to grocery stores
• Moving with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Working in a freezer environment averaging 15 degrees
Requirements
• 2–3 years of electric pallet jack (walkie rider) experience required
• Prior order selector or cold storage experience preferred
• Ability to hear, process, and remember voice-directed numbers
• Ability to learn and follow order selecting procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and meet pace and accuracy standards
• Comfortable working full shifts in a freezer environment
• MUST have reliable transportation
