Machine Operator (Maker) – $20.00/hr – 1st Shift – Bridgeton, MO
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Machine Operator (Maker) candidates for opportunities in Bridgeton, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in a manufacturing or production environment involving batching and blending operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Operate production equipment used in batching and blending processes
• Follow written recipes and production instructions accurately
• Measure, weigh, and dump ingredients into kettles
• Weigh finished product and repackage according to specifications
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare product for shipment
• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklift as needed to move materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements
• Must have prior sit-down or stand-up forklift experience
• Batching and blending or mixing experience required
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and recipes
• Basic math skills for weighing and measuring product
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
Schedule & Location
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
