Bookkeeper – $22/hr – St. Louis, MO (North County)
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Bookkeeper candidates for opportunities in St. Louis, MO (North County). This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in steady work with the potential for long-term placement.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and basic financial reports
• Enter, review, and verify data in accounting systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate, organized financial records and documentation
Requirements
• Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Dependable attendance and professional communication skills
