Bottle Packer – 1st Shift – Berkeley, MO – $16.50/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bottle Packers for a 1st shift production opportunity located at 6857 Hazelwood Avenue, Berkeley, MO 63134. This position is ideal for individuals who work with a strong sense of urgency, pay close attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Associates will be working in the production area packing bottles into boxes from a 5x5 bin system. This role requires strict adherence to packing specifications and visual standards. Candidates must be highly attentive and willing to ask questions to ensure accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Pack bottles into boxes from a 5x5 production bin
• Dump bottles into bins or remove bottles for packaging depending on assigned position
• Follow specific visual packing instructions using provided reference photos
• Ensure each box matches the provided picture exactly
• Work alongside a permanent employee for the first week for training and shadowing
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy
• Ask questions when clarification is needed to maintain quality standards
• Follow all production and safety guidelines
Requirements
• Must wear steel-toed boots
• Strong attention to detail is required
