We are currently seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Aerosol Filler Machine Operator for a 1st shift production opportunity in Berkeley, MO. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the proper setup and operation of aerosol filling and capping equipment while ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform proper setup of filling machines and equipment for each production run
• Operate aerosol can capper and filling machines
• Adjust equipment during production according to established processes
• Place required materials in and on cans in accordance with proper fill records
• Operate filling lines in an efficient and safe manner
• Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards
Requirements
• Previous machine operation or production line experience preferred
• Experience with filling lines or automated equipment is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment as needed
• Ability to follow written work instructions and production records
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
