About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Repack Associate for a respected nonprofit distribution center in Bridgeton, MO. You’ll support daily repackaging operations, prep materials before volunteer shifts, and keep production flowing smoothly. This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected local client companies.
What You’ll Do
- Pull food and personal care items for production before each volunteer shift.
- Work around volunteers for approximately 75% of each day.
- Palletize, label, and store finished production boxes in the warehouse.
- Prepare staged product and finished goods for storage and distribution.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock balances.
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy with inventory.
