Employment Specialist — Sales Calls Required — Maryland Heights, MO
This is a direct employment opportunity with Express Employment Professionals. You would be hired as part of the internal Express team and work out of our Maryland Heights office.
About the Role This full-time position combines outbound sales calls with in-person interviewing in a fast-paced staffing and recruiting environment. You'll work directly with local businesses and job seekers to create successful hiring matches.

- Pay: $40,000–$55,000 per year depending on experience, plus commission on candidate placements and business development. Successful candidates can expect at least $5,000 in commission annually.

What You'll Be Doing
- Make consistent outbound sales calls to develop new business
- Meet with local companies to assess hiring needs
- Interview candidates in person
- Match candidates to open positions
- Track sales and recruiting activity

- Proven experience with high-volume phone dialing — you know how to prospect on your own and drive results
- High sense of urgency — you move fast, follow up quickly, and don't let things fall through the cracks
- Genuine excitement about a fast-paced, in-person office environment
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
