Operations Material Handler - Maryland Heights, MO
Express Employment Professionals is a staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client companies in the St. Louis Metro area. If selected, you will be employed through Express Employment Professionals.
Our client in Maryland Heights has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Operations Material Handler on 1st shift. This role goes beyond basic warehouse work - you'll be hands-on with inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping functions, with a path to a customer-facing driver role after 90 days.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a stand-up reach forklift, including a deep reach truck, safely at height
- Hand-checking and verifying inventory for accuracy
- Picking and packing orders using an RF scanner
- Supporting shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Using a Windows-based computer system for order and inventory management
To Be Considered
- Stand-up reach forklift experience required; deep reach truck experience a strong plus
- RF scanner experience required
- Comfortable working at heights
- Prior delivery and/or customer-facing experience of some kind
- Clean driving record required - driver responsibilities begin after 90-day evaluation
- Proficient on a Windows-based computer platform
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
