Job Title: Light Non-Electric Assembler
Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Salary: $14/hour

Express Employment Professions is working with a client that is a leading supplier in the Aerospace and Defense industry, is seeking a Light Non-Electric Assembler to join our client’s team. Responsibilities
- Assemble non-electric components for cryogenic systems, following detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to construct liquid oxygen (LOX) converters and related products
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Clean background required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
