Schedule: Hybrid: In-office Monday–Wednesday, Remote Thursday–Friday
Start Date: 12/01/2025
Pay: $16.50/hr | $17.50/hr for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates
Do you excel in customer service and communications? Are you experienced in a fast-paced office, retail, or call center environment? Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring Call Center Representatives for a hybrid inbound call center role. These positions are ideal for candidates with experience in industries such as banking, insurance, airport services, IT, and retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Accurately document interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service, call center, retail, bank, insurance, or airport setting required
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate IT systems required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Pay: $16.50/hr, $17.50/hr for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates
